Have you ever met a musician, who did not like to eat?

I believe that there is a magical correspondence between musical notes and food. My theory is proven by the fact that in the homeland of the « Haute Gastronomie », in France, the chef’s instrument is officially called PIANO, just like mine. So, no wonder that I do not like only to play on black and white keys but also like to make excursions on the other piano with a wooden spoon in my hand.

If you wish to share my culinary experiences, here are a few of my ideas, which I intend to change time to time.

Every modern cookbook emphasizes the importance of the basic products, and this is also my « ars-poetica » in the kitchen, simple things from good materiel.
