CUCUMBER MOUSSE WITH KING PRAWNS FROM MADAGASCAR

 

 

 

For 4 people

1 ½ cucumber
1 large garlic clove
2 natural yoghurts
3 sprigs of dill
1 dl whipped cream
10 king prawns from Madagascar, each cut into three pieces
salt, pepper

Wash the cucumbers, cut them in two alongside and remove the seeds with the help of a spoon. Cut the cucumbers into pieces and together with the garlic clove, the yoghurts, the dill, the salt, the pepper, mix it all in an electric blender until the preparation is homogeneous. Once the mixture is nice and smooth, refrigerate it. Before serving, whip the cream and add it delicately to the cucumber preparation. Share the prawn pieces out between the cocktail glasses, pour the cucumber mousse on top and serve immediately.
